The Redi-Tilt™ wall panel manufacturing begins on a custom-made steel form table.
A special mix design of 5,000 PSI concrete yields a very high early strength. Panels can be stripped from the forms the very next day, and they can be poured to a vertical height of 30 ft. Each panel receives a bull float finish and a factory applied texture. It is strong, lightweight, and multi-functional.

The textured finish eliminates the need for Stucco. Just caulk the joints and paint. Precast ahead of time, Redi-Tilt™ buildings go up as soon as the slab is ready.

Pre-engineered, Prefabricated, & Preformed
